Instructions for Paying Franchise Tax:
- If this is your first time using our Franchise Tax system (FranTaxTM), you must first create an account.
- You will need your seven digit Delaware file number to log in as an existing user, or, to create an account as a new user.
- The seven digit file number can be found on your Delaware franchise tax notice. If you cannot find your file number, you can perform a search on the State website.
